SQUAD 5

Squad 5 is a training program for high school students between the ages of 14 and 18 who are interested in the fire service and wish to serve their community. Members of Squad 5 who have shown proficiency in training are allowed to ride on the fire apparatus to emergency incidents. At these incidents, they perform duties such as fighting grass fire, setting up air bottle change stations and traffic control.
